For deliveries outside Accra and Tema, a standard of between 12 – 72 hours is required, depending on the region

Yes, you will automatically be issued with an invoice / receipt once you complete payment for your order
All delivery charges will be displayed to you at the time of payment. The will be no additional delivery charges once you make payment on the site. However, if a delivery attempt fails as a result of the buyers unavailability, the buyer will bear the additional cost of re-delivery
You will receive a confirmation from us, stating the delivery time of your order so you will be able to arrange for someone to be home when the representative comes by. You will also be called when the representative is on his way to you. Redelivery after a failure to have someone at the shipping address to receive the order, will be at a cost.
Whilst we strive to make sure that your goods reach you in perfect condition, we cannot rule out entirely the possibility of delivering a defective product.
